While at Ovintiv, we engaged The Hayward Group to support our efforts in the sizable effort of naming and defining our Differentiating Leadership Capabilities. These capabilities would underpin the entire Talent Management program at the company, including Leadership Development, Performance Management (including 360 degree feedback), and Succession Planning. These programs ultimately supported many leaders rising to increasingly senior roles, including into the C-Suite. The result of our work with The Hayward Group was strong and left a lasting impression on me, personally. Their approach was inclusive, supportive, and educational. They equipped my team with knowledge, process, and the training that made us into rockstars. The fact that the work done with them has been sustained for so many years is a testament to its brilliance and practical use.
